When I went to his direction to get something, I glanced at his laptop's monitor and he was just playing solitaire. He was just pretending to do some work trying to look busy, and I think this is the case for most salaryman. Pretend to work even if work is done just so you can please your boss, and your colleagues won't think your lazy.
