  5. OMG Loma Alta drive in Altadena! was one of the most beautiful and romanticl So Cal streets before the recent fires. I never knew it was smogy in the 70s. Recently I would walk it on my way to the hiking trail. Ironic it felt frozen in time, like I was experiencing SoCal in the Brady Bunch days.

  7. I've been a K-Town resident for 30 years. Wilshire and Alvarado have improved significantly since Trump took office and challenged LA and California's leadership. It now looks more like it did 20 years ago—still dirty, depressing, and plagued by drugs and crime, but noticeably better than before.
