  5. Some guy tripped on a sidewalk lip created by a tree root at my buddy’s house in Pacific Beach in San Diego and broke an arm. Hairline fracture, not compound. Last month a San Diego jury awarded him $4.51 Million for a broken arm that healed perfectly. San Diego pays. I don’t see any one of you claiming excessive jury award over decisions like this.
