  24. I'm 57. There is no 49 year old woman I would take seriously as a relationship partner. My mom was 20 my father was 52 when I was born. I always thought I would track my peers and date my age peers. That chaged when I reached 45. That is not how real life works. Men get better with age.

My rent controlled Los Angeles Studio apartment here on Wilshire Blvd in an historic bldg in the heart of Koreatown is just $1100 a month all utilities included 24/7 front desk, rear patio and pool with far away views of Catalina island on clear day. Two subway stations within 5 mins walk. The key is to not get married and trust in God and don't panic. Ive lived here for 13 years and counting. Even if I moved to Eastern Europe I wouldn't find such a nice bldg for so cheap. Frankly I don't think there is an apartment bldg in Easter Europe that is a structurally sound as the one I'm in.

Also, you can shape a male child, but female children you cannot. Their character is set in stone by kindergarten. Only 1 in 20 has a good character.

  46. I earned Pension # 1 (worth 25 years of service) teaching public elementary school. I am currently 1.5 years into pension #2. I also have a nest egg that should be worth $2M by 2035. I got these through GRINDING. Any man who tells you that you can have it all by NOT GRINDING and leaving USA to go chase foreign women as a penniless American with a laptop is NOT your friend.
