Hey there - STRONGLY (PLEASE) consider buying all those 4500 back and then solidify your gains with the remaining cash windfall (Ie, pay off your home mortgage, or get a SPIA, buy a rental property, or put in SP500 index for safe withdrawal rate strategy) etc. (I am a former school teacher and like helping people by sharing info/wisdom. 😀

  6. As a new teacher, my principal warned me that sarcasm could confuse students, so I avoided it. Now, as a YouTube viewer, I find myself appreciating content more when sarcasm is kept to a minimum. This channel is great, but it relies on sarcasm a bit too much.
