  1. Get ahold of your self. You're 33. You have 30 years to compound your savings in the stock market. I can't even tell you the smart things to invest in, lest my comment get deleted. But Do your own research. Live within your means. Im 59. Never lived anywhere the rent was over 1,000 a month. Working on my second pension. Thats a start for other hints.

  7. come to Los Angeles and get a small rent controlled apartment. You will do much better at Allied here. Also many govt jobs with pensions. Im 1100% serious.
