However I would assume you need many days of Temps significantly below freezing to solidify the ground deep enough to make it a solid surface for tanks and armored vehicles.   21. Minnesota police officer Derek Chauvin indirectly allowed this war to proceed. Without his antics, Trump would have narrowly won re-election, and with Trump as president, this war would never have started. Trump would have given more respect to Russia WRT NATO expansion too far into Ukraine, and I don't believe Putin would have launched the SMO under this mutual understanding.
