nothing to test, he pointed a loaded, live weapon at another person, and it went off in his hands while he was manipulating it. doesnt matter if he pulled the trigger or cocked the hammer or rubbed it like a magic lamp for his 3 wishes. whether directly or indirectly, he is responsible as the producer AND as the shooter for the womans death, as little as a negligent homicide charge should be warranted as a homicide occurred through his direct or indirect negligence.
