  2.  @mattstanford9673  there is also such a thing as countersue. if they sue for being fired, you countersue them for causing massive brand image dammage. a large company liek that can drag out a lawsuit for years and decades and just keep dragging them through a lawsuit until they run out of money to fund their lawyers and give up.
