Brenda Freeman actually should be $5700 to every single person living in the country. its a $1.9 trillion bill, thats $5700 for every single man woman and child living in the US, but only SOME people are getting $1400.

$1.9T bill, thats a little over $5700 per person living in the US, man woman and child. somehow only some people are getting $1400 from that. why is no one asking where all the rest of the money is going? you could also say that the majority of the people in favor of this relief bill are in favor of the $1400 checks instead of the whole bill, most people dont know where all that money is going for. none of the politicians care about anyone, if they did then they wouldnt be taking $5700 from everyone and then giving only $1400 so some.

@DarkKnightTrinity i did do research, contact tracing i can accept, and vaccine rollouts are mostly already paid for by the warp speed program. now what does education funding have to do with covid? its nothing more than to bail out teachers unions. and transit? transit for what? its pretty much like they just took money from everyone, used it to refund a bunch of things that have been underfunded for years if not decades, and then threw some crumbs back at a few people and called it helping Americans. there are people who are about to get evicted because they are 6 months behind on rent because their jobs closed down, not to mention they cant even afford to buy food, do you think those people need transit or education funding? hey, you are homeless and starving, but we will give you a nice bus and reopen the schools for your kids to go to if you have any, good luck with paying rent and getting food.

i just found out that this stimulus bill has a new rule going against freelancers where they used to have to report income after $20K, now that rule lowered it to $600 per year. glad to see you will be paying your fair share now.
