@Sam-i6v7o perfectly justifies him being killed. if you start threatening others safety and exclaiming that you dont care if you spend the rest of your life in prison, it signals that you are willing to go above and beyond simple intimidation or menacing or whatever definition you want to put on it.

@RamenNoodle1985 just one huh? at least one? only 1? shows your ignorance. in an 8 state study, 30 cases per year are succesfully defended using insanity as the defense plea. with a 26% success rate, thats 120 cases per year of mental health issues. seems like a lot of tragedies that could have been avoided.

yea, he fell through the cracks multiple times, 41 arrests for various criminal offenses and plenty of convictions to boot, he fell through the cracks too many times to be allowed on the street.
