the republicans AND democrats livelihood depends on the stock market, dont just blame one side. there are more democrat millionaires that republican milliionaires in congress.

it wouldnt be impossible, it would be hard, but not overly hard. there are more democrat millionaires in congress than republicans, and im sure you could find a republican that wants to stick it to someone like Pelosi or something like that. unfortunately it is only a feelgood measure. an obscure distant cousin twice removed could make the stock purchases and sales. or a politician can have a "family friend" do the stock buys and sales in exchange for a kickback, and that can be hidden too.Pelosi can easily tell her neighbor to buy and sell stocks, and then get a kickback, and hide the kickback by simply having a garrage sale and her neighbor buys a hand made painting for a million bucks, kind of like Hunter Biden selling his paintings for half a million each.

@albertwesker363 yup, exactly, its just a feelgood bill so he can use it later down the road for political points. even if he got a republican to endorse it with him, would someone like Pelosi who is in charge of the house even allow it to come to the floor for a vote?
