@nhlpa17 if your storre is vandalized, then it cant open until you fix it, which takes much longer than some truckers honking their horns. and im not pointing to another bad situation to make this one OK, im pointing out that if people supported one bad situation claiming freedoms and rights then its hipocritical for them to oppose another situation that is also fighting for freedoms and rights.

@yaash4123 you are right, its bad, the same way that its bad that you force people to give up their freedoms and bodily autonomy and undergo an irreversible permanent medical treatment. and if those people say no and you refuse to even hear them, then they should restrict your right to move and they should hold your economy hostage to the point that you are forced to sit down with them and negotiate in good faith.

@yaash4123 and the flaw in your argument is thinking that getting this vaccine will prevent you from spreading this disease, which is not true. the vaccine does not prevent infection and it does not prevent the spread of this disease as admitted by the CDC and the WHO and every medical organization on the planet when they publicly admitted this AND imposed rules that ALL people should continue wearing a mask and continue to abide by social distancing guidelines regardless of vaccine status, because a vaccinated person can still just as easily get the disease and still just easily spread it to other people. stupidest argument ever is "you dont have the right to infect other people blah blah". try again because you failed.

one day, when the government uses their emergency powers against you for stepping out of line and disagreeing with them, and you stand up and complain, hopefully someone will get in your face and tell you, "they did the right thing".

@nhlpa17 what does it matter if it stopped commerce for one family or for an entire state? i guess in your book its ok to hurt individuals, thats an OK protest, but if it hurts the commerce of the state and gets in the way of the state making money by capitalism means then its a bad thing?

@Ironraven001 i didnt hear anything about the pissing on a grave incident, but so what, as for the starting an apartment building fire? has anyone been arrested and charged and shown to be one of the protesters? for all you know it could have been a resident of the building pretending to be a protester just to garner bad press and blame protesters. forcing a homeless shelter to feed them? that is stretching it a bit, from what i heard some organizers went in and asked politely if they would be willing to spare some meals to the protesters and the shelter agreed, if they forced anyone then why the hell has no one been arrested for coersion or theft through cooersion or threat? oh noes, honking horns, surely those are weapons of war and should only be reserved for dire emergencies like Hiroshima or Nagasaki. if you make peaceful revolution impossible, you will make bloody revolution innevitable. here is a simple solution, just comply, thats all, the protesters want an end to the mandates, just comply, its simple. @nhlpa17 the argument of others freedoms or safety is subjective. you can claim your freedom and safety is jeapordized by me simply picketing in front of your house with your picture on a poster, and you can use whatever excuses you want to justify your reasoning. its hard to imagine that a bunch of truckers causing a traffic jam in downtown Ottowa is an existential threat to freedoms and safety.

BLM would have been subjected to lethal overwatch if they had tried half of this? half of what? i watched the news a a reporter was airing live on the street talking about peaceful protests while EVERY building in the background was on fire, so we got fiery but mostly peaceful protests. i watched the videos of the aftermath of the riots in Minneapolis where it looked like a warzone from WW II. i read the reports where up to 30+ people were killed during the BLM protests. and the response i seen from politicians and the police was to stand down and take a knee.

@sirius1696 the 30+ people that were killed were not by cops, they were kileld by protesters. several victims were found in burned out buildings in Minneapolis after they were set on fire by protesters. a BLACK retired police officer working security at his friends pawn shop, was shot and killed on Martin Luther King drive by BLACK looters who were protesting BLACK people getting killed, the irony of that alone should stump people. his name was David Dorn. there was no lethal overwatch, because all of the deaths that occurred during the riots were attributed to rioters and their actions and not to police or government activity. as for that "dude" that was killed by marshals? im assuming you are talking about Michael Reinoehl, who had already killed someone in cold blood, which was on video, and the cops tracked him down and when they confronted him he pulled his gun out and they shot him. thats not lethal overwatch, thats just dealing with an armed aggressor who has already used his weapon to kill someone in cold blood and who would have used that weapon again to kill others in order to avoid justice. GFY.
