@cloudshyne because its the economy. no president could hope for re-election when the economy tanks in such a disasterous manner under their watch. people cant find baby formula at the stores to feed their babis, they cant even afford to drive to the empty store because of the gas prices, and they cant even afford to buy groceries at the grocery store even if they walk to the store now.

Elon Musk paid $6 billion in taxes, come back to me when you can show that YOU paid your "fair" share in taxes just like him. as for taking climate change seriously, thats a whole other topic that can be debated ad nauseum. the fact that people like you can spread lies and cherry pick information to push your narrative does not make it a crisis, but hey, what do i know, lets go ask Obama what he thinks of climate change and how it will make ocean levels rise, i think he is sitting on the beach at his $10 million oceanfront home at Marthas Vinyard laughing at people like you that believe that nonsense. i mean, if climate change was so real and the oceans were rising, then why would someone like him who had all those advisors around him buy an oceanfront home, unless he knew it was a scam and they made you swallow it. as for America turning into an oligarchy? America has always been an oligarchy, the only difference is that in America everyone has a chance to rise up, is Russia, the only people that had a chance to rise up were the "friends" connected to the people in charge, everyone else stood in a damn breadline waiting for their crumbs.

@TreenaBeena yea, it starts there, i cant pay for healthcare and education so the government should take care of that for me, and someone else then chimes in how they cant pay for rent so the government should take care of that for me (which is already being done), and someone else chimes in that they cant afford to buy their own food so the government should pay for that (which is already being done), and someone else then chimes in that they cant afford to pay their car note so the government should take care of that, and someone else can chime in that they need extra spending money for entertainment so the government should take care of that too (UBI is being talked about and proposed). its simple to think that you are only asking fo so little while disregarding and completely ignoring all the other things that have been asked for the government to provide for until one day you wake up and EVERYTHING is provided by government and you are nothing but a slave.

@anthonydelfino6171 no, you got that wrong, a suprising number of Bernie supporters switched over and supported Trump when the DNC screwed Bernie over in favor of Hilary.

@anthonydelfino6171 those people that were undecided in a match between Sanders and Trump switched to Trump because they didnt like Hilary and they seen that the DNC screwed over Sanders in favor of Hilary. then there was a whole bunch of Sanders supporters that were staunchly in favor of Sanders VS Trump and in favor of Sanders VS Hilary that switched to Trump when Bernie got burned by the DNC in favor of Hilary, they seen that too, and mostly out of revenge they went against hte DNC as punishment for snubbing Sanders. in my opinion though, sanders sold out, the DNC gave him a deal, offered to buy up a bunch of his books in exchange for him dropping out quietly and not raising a fuss, and so Hilary got the nomination, Sanders sold a bunch of books and bought himself a 3rd house so that he could preach about how everyone needs to sacrifice for socialism.

really? what history does he have to back it up? is it the history of fighting for the poor people by supporting the Iraq war knowing full well that a war like that simply means our poor people go and kill poor people in another country? is it that history? or is it the history of praising dictators like Fidel Castro, and praising regimes that had a history of brutalizing and murdering their own people by the millions? or perhaps it is the history of how he praised food lines, as he said, "bread lines are a good thing". im not saying Lindsey is any better, he is not, both of these old coots are worthless, one a capitalist that would be willing to starve people and one a socialist that would be willing to starve people.

@cloudshyne i know you are not being honest at this point, the economy is doing great? the problems we have the whole world is facing? if the whole world is facing a baby formula shortage, then how the hell is the administration importing it from other countries? donbt those other countries have a shortage too? i dont care about the economic problems in other countries, Biden should be doing something to aleviate the economic problems here, but instead he is shutting down pipelines and canceling leases and sending billions to Ukraine for their war effort. we have inflation at record highs, ok, that one i could maybe give you a pass on since the world economy affects our economy, but how the hell do we have food prices and gas prices spiking like crazy when we produce food and we produce oil here? Europe doesnt produce its own oil, so i could understand their prices going up, but we are capable of producing our own.

@randibgood I'm in the Chicago area, not the outlying suburbs, but actually chicago proper, and I've noticed some things being out of stock at various times, one week it's chicken and another it's ground beef. As for it's nobody's fault, that's a blatant lie, these things don't just happen out of the blue for no reason, there AR Co tributing factors that have a ripple effect across the globe. Shutting down the keystone pipeline contributed to rising fuel prices, it was not the only thing, but it contributed, and that caused a ripple effect across the globe causing other places to suffer rising fuel prices as a partial result. Rising fuel prices partially are responsible for rising food prices, they are not the only reason, but they are a contributing factor. As for shutting down the economy, democrats take the bulk of the responsibility there, and that was a major contributing factor to the economic turmoil we are suffering. So saying that it's no one's fault is being disingenuous and deflecting blame just for partisan reasons. The economy is in shambles and democrats and Biden have a direct hand in it, own it.

@randibgood yea, that's all you can reply. Someone that supports a government that enacts emergency war powers to crush a peaceful protest and a government that holds the rights of criminals higher than law abiding citizens has no moral ground to stand on and lecture others about freedom.

@randibgood what war powers? You mean all the news outlets across the world lied when they said that Trudeau activated emergency war powers to deal with the truckers strike? That truckers strike, was it violent? Did anyone get I Jared or killed? Was there any property damage or destruction? Sounds like a peaceful protest, and it was crushed by a government that enacted war powers to crush it. As for what criminals have more rights? Well, if a couple armed robbers break into your house, Trudeau said it plainly, if you use your gun to defend yourself from them, that's illegal and you don't have a right to do that, so either you let the criminals kill you or you go to jail.
