@ToFester threatening other people is a crime, and anyone doing so is therefore a criminal by committing said crime. if i have an outburst and threaten to kill you, that is a crime, regardless of my having an outburst or the reasons for it. stop defending criminals for criminal activity.

@giftapfel being mentally ill does not give you the license to be a threat to the rest of society. end of story. whats tragic is that mentally ill people go out and harm other people just going about their business. whats tragic is that people like you defend career criminals and pushing to let them run loose on the streets being a danger to everyone else with over 40 arrests.

@giftapfel mental illness IS a nothingburger, According to an eight-state study, the insanity defense is used in less than 1% of all court cases and, when used, has only a 26% success rate. so yea, winning in Vegas on a 1 arm bandit gambling machine has a better chance than you "mental illness" nothingburger.
