  2.  @tealeaflist  Everything is ALLEGED at the moment. But i feel his defenses are weak. There's DNA ( irrefutable) evidence among physical evidence and video camera evidence and the manifesto and much, much more. In my humble opinion, this execution was master planned. He knew what he was doing ( allegedly) . Mad with pain? You'd have to convince a jury of 12 that , beyond a reasonable doubt, he was Mad with pain. Let's see what happens next. However, i'm taking bets that he'll be in the slammer 25+ years and then released , just like Sammy "The Bull" Gravano was released. And Sammy killed at least 19 peoples ( by his own admission).
