  1.  @kennethsloboda1985  He put a chokehold on Jordan Neely and held it for 15 minutes; that's what he did wrong. 15 minutes is beyond over kill, but i guess you don't think so.

  2.  @kennethsloboda1985  But one doesn't need to restrain someone in a chokehold for 15 minutes. That's beyond excessive. He could have wrapped his arms around the body instead of neck suppression. I understand your position but the Marine used excessive force, in this instance.
