The police put their lives on the line every time they wear a uniform...if you can't respect the police, then you've got a big problem. True, every once in a while some bad apples surface, but that's few and far between. This perpetrator is beyond rehabilitation..he needs incarceration long term, off the streets...How do you think his behavior would fare in North Korea or in Arab countries? He would never surface again on this earth, or at least not in one piece.
