  1.  @PoisonelleMisty4311  My favorite cheese is Gruyere and it's Great for making cheese melt. I take two slices of health bread ( dark bread with seeds) and insert cheese slices. I have a "flipwich" panini and sandwich maker where i put the sandwich in and heat both sides for a few minutes. Voila...cheese melt. Been doing this for over 60 years.
