I was quite surprised that RJKJ didn’t know what was involved with the changes that the Biden Administration had made to Tiitle IX. I think it’s great that he was open to hearing from Megyn the impact of the changes that had been made, but he is running for President, and these are very important issues to a large portion of the country. It would seem that he would know this is an important issue, and that he would have already been briefed on it.

Frankly, I am really surprised with Dave’s views on this Alito flag thing. He sounds really illogical and left wing biased on this. And, by the way, all of the Justices have their own private views of every issue that comes before them. That is irrelevant, and just having a personal opinion is not the basis for a conflict of interest claim.

So, RJKJ got flake from his wife and her sister, and that caused him to change his position? OMG And he says that no woman gets pregnant and then waits until she is full term and then decides to get an abortion. He says that almost never happens. To which I say “well, good, then you won’t mind having a ban on it, since it hardly never happens anyway.” And, when we are talking about killing a baby, one is too many.

RJKJ may be a lovely man, and it seems that Megyn has some regard for him, BUT he is way too wishy washy for my tastes. I want a candidate that researches, considers the facts, and make a decision on his position. Not one that changes his position on significant core issues over a span of a few years. That indicates either that his initial position wasn’t well thought out, or he is too easily influenced and persuaded off a position that he has already decided on.

I see what Dave is saying, but the “unlawful means” piece can’t be a multiple choice question that doesn’t require a unanimous decision by the jury. Moreover, how can this satisfy due process if the “unlawful means” isn’t specified in the indictment? How is the defendant supposed to be on notice of what he is defending against?

Dave, I don’t understand your position on Justice Alito. And, as far as whatever he did at an Obama state of the union - frankly, I don’t think that the Justices should attend at all. It has nothing to do with their constitutional obligations.

It is insane to think that the prosecution is saying that Trump SHOULD have paid off Stormy Daniels from campaign funds. Because, that’s really what they are saying. You are saying that paying hush money to keep someone quiet that wants to tell the press a bad story about a candidate is a proper use of campaign funds? No one thinks that is true!
