  1. Female athletes that won’t speak out about the terrible injustice of men competing in women’s sports are just hoping that it won’t ever directly affect them in their competitive career. It makes me think of that message by the pastor in Germany - first they came for the unionists, and I wasn’t a unionist, so I didn’t speak up; then they came for the …, and I wasn’t …., so I didn’t speak up; then they came for the Jews, and I wasn’t a Jew, so I didn’t speak up; then they came for me, and there wasn’t anyone left to speak for me.” (Probably terrible paraphrasing, but you get the idea.). Female athletes, whether they are directly affected or not, HAVE to speak up and refuse to allow this.

  2. Charlie, those same women that say “I don’t need a man to take care of me” were absolutely swooning when they saw Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelsey, opening a door for her. Women instinctively and inherently WANT to be taken care of and protected. They have just been taught to think that is the equivalent of being weak, and somehow makes them less than a man.

  3. I can’t understand that there is a man in existence that would want to publicly HIT a woman! I can see some self centered man that just wants to win be willing to compete against woman in a non-contact sport (although it is still disgusting that it would be allowed), but to actually HIT a woman, in public, for fame and a trophy?! When did that become something to be proud of, instead of to be ashamed of?

Here’s the thing, though, Charlie - if huge organizations like the New York Times and similar media actually pushed back on the threats to demonetize and deplatform their articles, if they allegedly “misgendered”, they would actually have the power to affect a change. But, they don’t want to. They seem to not mind surrendering to that ridiculous ideology.

  5. I think that Trump did a great job at that NABJ event. He stayed calm and didn’t take their crap, but was still polite. It seems so obvious that Rachel Scott was trying to make Trump lose his cool, so she would get a great clip that she could sell to Kamala for her campaign. And, if Ms. Scott is the best example that they have of a “black journalist”, that’s pretty disappointing.
