  1. Megyn, I don’t see it as anyone is “making” Biden run again. You could see that wasn’t true by the initially shocked and honest reactions from the main stream media immediately after the debate - if they were on the “he’s going to run no matter what” train, they would have been prepared to cover for him. I think that it is more like trying to take the car keys away from your elderly father or grandfather. He doesn’t want to give them up and will fight you to keep them. What we do have, however, are people in his family who are not acting in his best interests by insisting that he step down - it also serves their purposes for him to stay in office, so they really aren’t trying very hard to get him to give it up.

  2. Also, I just noticed that, in the Stephanolous interview, Biden said that he hasn’t been examined by a neurologist. But, seems to me that, in today’s issues between KJP and the White House press corps, KJP said that Biden sees a neurologist every time he has a medical examination. So, another lie? Or, Biden doesn’t know or doesn’t remember?

Megyn, the problem with the thinking, like your friend, that its okay if Biden is mentally incompetent, as long as his administration keeps doing what the friend likes, is that other countries don’t think that way. The U.S. President is viewed by other countries as the leader of our country and, if the President is incompetent, to them that means that our country is vulnerable and is not a power to be contended with. Our country is not just about its domestic policies.

  4. Here’s the thing, though - I agree that the Press will flip flop again, back into Biden’s camp. But, there will be more and more incidents, including very obvious incidents, that put Biden’s cognitive problems on display for the world to see. Also, I suspect that we will have a significant domestic terrorist event prior to the election, and it will probably be linked to the illegal aliens that Biden has let into our country. In the face of that type of an incident, it will come home to people how insecure they actually feel with Biden in charge, and they will feel compelled to turn to someone else.

  5. What’s funny to me is that, what Joe Scarborough is now saying is, basically, its only July - there is still time to get Biden rehabbed and across the finish line. What he ISN’T saying is that Biden is totally mentally and physically fit to be President. This is just the Dems trying to pull together to “beat Trump”, no matter what it does to the country.
