No the problem is fitting into those jeans.   Lindy take a look at pictures of your grandparents.  Not many fatties there are there.  Unless Americans take the issue very seriously we will have a terrible health emergency with so many people with serious health problems it will overwhelm the medical system.  Mexico already has a health emergency due to fatties.   25% of the people have no. 2 diabetes.  Sorry being fat is not ok.  Get off your lazy butt and do something about it.

Lindy  Again I look at pictures of my grandparents and their relatives.  None were fat.  If you do not eat right and get no exercise, you will be fat.  The average weight of an American woman is 168 lbs.  Her height has not changed at 5'3".  A man just under 200 lbs. and his height is still 5'9".  The woman's waist is 39" and that is bigger than my waist.  I have no idea the size of men but they must go to Omar the tent maker for their pants. Being a bleeding heart is not helping them to get rid of the lard.  Chinese and Japanese feel social shame if they are fat.  Americans think that is terrible since 70% of them are fat

  8. If you want to bulk up then spend a couple of hours at the gym with weights.  You will end up looking like the hulk but not necessarily healthy or in good condition.
