In our culture it is unless you are a politician.  My friend's sister (Japanese American) married a lawyer from Japan and moved to Japan.  What she did not know is that he had a mistress.  The mistress took a can a gasoline and poured it over her and set her afire.  Never think that Japanese women do not have emotions.  You betcha.
