  8. Strange that so many Japanese have crooked teeth and Mongolians seem to have perfect teeth. Dental care also very cheap in Mongolia and good quality.

  9. Not in my opinion. When my Mexican niece was little she had two protruding teeth and was given the nickname of Vampira. She had them fixed later. She still has beautiful teeth. Big problem in Japan and Europe with teeth is smoking. Discolors the teeth. The same in China. Don't tell me that yellow teeth look cute.

  11. What country do you live in Dafne? Mexico cost of dental is about 1/10 of the U.S. I have had work done in both countries and I cannot see the u.S. having any better work. I have seen some American dentists do poor work and the Mexican dentist having to fix it. Most U.S. dentists might start the work and then have the assistant do most of it. Also, in Mexico it is the dentist who cleans your teeth and not an assistant or someone called dental hygienist. The latter are used because the dentist can charnge the same as his work but the pay is much less.

  13. I think Japanese culture is about the only one I know of that crooked teeth is considered cute. Mexico dental work is very inexpensive so almost all Mexicans will have pretty good teeth and use braces if necessary. There are 500 dentists on one street in TJ to handle work for Americans.
