If one accepts that 9/11 was an inside job, then it reasonably follows that the interminable U.S.-led revenge campaign in Afghanistan was a barbarous extension of Washington's imperial objective. No one who volunteered for the atrocity was: a hero, deserving of sympathy nor should they be glorified in this obsequious propaganda. Sadly, I don't see that The Drinker is any less intellectually-dishonest than his Woke foils in supporting the establishment's cynical brainwashing agenda.

  8.  @icupnibba3533  Well, Trump brought the issue up recently; seems to resonate more with conservatives (also Top Gun 2 I gather). I suspect this film's a Paul Greengrass-type attempt to curry favour with the hawkish powers that be rather than executed under their auspices.
