If you really wanted to, you could fix that by switching one of the rear axles to a 530iA/525i rear axle (38mm on the M5 axle vs 32mm). The difference in diameter helps to reduce wheelhop; it's how GM suppressed wheel hop in the second generation CTS-V. I think you'd have to reinstall the M5 CV joint on the smaller axle, though, as the differential outputs are different. You also might want to check your forward rear subframe bushings; there is a support brace there that is designed to limit travel.
