  1. I remember the on base club we had at Schofield Barracks was called the Paradise club but the soldiers knew it as the Parasite club. The word was out that when a unit would deploy go to the club that first weekend and the wives and girlfriends of the soldiers who just deployed would be in the club in mass. I will also point out that war brings out the true nature of women. Look at how many women started sleeping with German soldiers in conquered territories. When these territories were liberated they were stripped and had their heads shaved and paraded through the town and of course they cried like they had no idea what they did wrong.
