  4. Another tradition I want men to star is for an engagement ring a woman gets a small plain gold band. At 5 years she gets a stone. At ten years she gets a bigger stone, and so on. Why should men reward women with extravagant engagement rings when the women have yet to put any work in. If she wants a huge rock....make her EARN IT!!!!!!
