  5. Interesting fact, Dahmer was the killer of Adam Walsh. Dahmer was living in the area, he was spotted by multiple witnesses in the mall where Adam Walsh disappeared from that day. A week earlier a man matching Dahmer's description was reported to have tried to abduct a child. A man matching Dahmer's description was seen dumping something into the canal from a bucket where Adam Walsh's head was recovered. The man the police say killed Walsh, Otis Toole had an IQ of 75 and the police used him to close a lot of cold cases. If you listen to the police interviews of Toole, they literally led him step by step through the confession, Toole was too stupid to understand what the police were doing to him. We know Dahmer had a thing for decapitating his victims and only Adam Walsh's head was recovered.
