  2.  @jonjohnson3865  Even a pool won't help, Africanized Honey Bees will loiter above the pool for as long as twenty minutes. You would be better off to just keep moving further and further away. It is funny, I was thinking the same thing, wrapping myself up in a comforter and taking another out there and cover him and try and help him move away.

  3. I guarantee they were Africanized Honey Bees aka Killer Bees. European Honey Bees don't do this.

  4. Those were Africanized Honey Bees and yes they will attack you for getting remotely close to their hive. When the attack pheromone is released, Africanized Honey Bees will attack EVERYTHING within a few hundred yards of their nest.
