  2. Everyone has to start somewhere. I was 6'0 135 pounds the day I graduated Highschool. Ten years later I was 268 pounds, benching well over 400 pounds. I don't think I could bench 225 for reps for at least 3 years. If he is working out to gain muscle than he is a body builder.
