  6. The commanding officer needs to be removed from the investigation all together. It is a conflict of interest. I also believe that there should be all volunteer male only units. Where men can have a career in the military without having to work with irrational women who will claim harassment or rape at the slightest provocation if they feel they have been slighted in any way.

The problem with the me too movement and the whole believe all women nonsense is they take a stance that the man did it and he has to prove his innocent which is in direct contradiction of the constitution where the accused is innocent until proven guilty. There also needs to be a law that falsely accusing someone of rape will incur the SAME penalty should the accused have been found guilty. I have seen far to many angry women level false rape charges at a man because she was angry and would do ANYTHING to get back at him.

  22. The hot water heater did not explode, more than likely the pilot light on it went out and it was venting natural gas into the basement. It was probably doing that for hours and I am betting someone turned the lights on in the basement and it ignited the gas causing that explosion.

If I looked ANY women dead in the face and said that, there is a 100% chance she would feel threatened. Christian Cooper is the one creating a fake racial incident out of this. Notice how he didn't start recording till AFTER he threatened her.

  26. This does not help in an appeal. First an appeal does not grant a new trial. They would have to find something like suppression of evidence by the state or something the state did to prevent Amber from getting a fair trial in order for the verdict to be tossed out and a retrial ordered. Second because his testimony was taken in court it does not matter what happened to him, his testimony would still be admissible in a new trial.

The state would have had to have done something that made it impossible for her to get a fair trial in order for her to get a new trial. If her lawyers can not prove the State acted illegally than her appeal will be denied.

  33. They say that when police arrived there was a warning playing from the RV saying that if they can hear this evacuate immediately. Police were able to evacuate the area before it exploded. So killing people was not the agenda.

EXACTLY, look at what happened in the Trayvon Martin case, the stupid district attorney bowed to public pressure and went for charges against George Zimmerman that would NEVER stick and he walked because she was an IDIOT. If they would have gone with a more realistic manslaughter charge, George Zimmerman would have been convicted in less than 5 minutes.
