  2.  @motivatemythoughts  It will be interesting to see what happens, I don't see her appeal being granted and they would never let her out on bond, for her own safety.

  3. This does not help in an appeal. First an appeal does not grant a new trial. They would have to find something like suppression of evidence by the state or something the state did to prevent Amber from getting a fair trial in order for the verdict to be tossed out and a retrial ordered. Second because his testimony was taken in court it does not matter what happened to him, his testimony would still be admissible in a new trial.

  4.  @motivatemythoughts  WRONG, EVERY person found guilty of a major crime files an appeal. The state would have had to have done something that made it impossible for her to get a fair trial in order for her to get a new trial. If her lawyers can not prove the State acted illegally than her appeal will be denied.
