  1. The commanding officer needs to be removed from the investigation all together. It is a conflict of interest. I also believe that there should be all volunteer male only units. Where men can have a career in the military without having to work with irrational women who will claim harassment or rape at the slightest provocation if they feel they have been slighted in any way.

The problem with the me too movement and the whole believe all women nonsense is they take a stance that the man did it and he has to prove his innocent which is in direct contradiction of the constitution where the accused is innocent until proven guilty. There also needs to be a law that falsely accusing someone of rape will incur the SAME penalty should the accused have been found guilty. I have seen far to many angry women level false rape charges at a man because she was angry and would do ANYTHING to get back at him.
