  1. This is one of the consequences of the soft bigotry of lowered expectations for black people by white liberals. They will excuse ANY behavior and keep patting black people on the head and saying who's a good boy no matter what they do because in the hearts of white liberals black people are animals, pets and they can't help themselves.
