  1. There are crimes that the offender deserves a second chance and there are crimes that do not. Gang R is not a redeemable offense. The girls were 13 and 14 years old. He should have gotten the death penalty for that. I will also say the victims fathers are cowards because if that happened to my daughter he never would have seen the end of his first day as a free man.
