  5. No, the answer is VERY SPECIFIC and very easy. ANYWHERE you have a large segment of a specific demographic you are going to have rampant crime, violence and drugs. As soon as you push that SPECIFIC demographic out those areas recover.

  6. One of the things the Germans did was remove speculation from markets within Germany to prevent the 1% from manipulating markets. They demanded the abolition of incomes unearned by work so landlords could not earn a living off of rents. If we did that and REMOVED the artificial land values created by speculators then the cost of land and housing would plummet to most people could afford it.

  7. Instead of wasting money on housing projects why don't we invest in massive PUBLIC WORKS projects. The infrastructure of this country is falling apart, instead of giving away free stuff to people too lazy to work for it. Create millions of jobs building public works that pay a living wage and lets rebuild this country.
