  1. There is a reason the MIC is trickling out technology and it isn't to avoid suspicion. It is all about MONEY, they have the tech locked away to jump our society ahead several hundred years in the blink of an eye. However, there is trillions of dollars to be earned in the technology leading up to it and they are not going to simply throw it away.
