  1. The whole strait face, keeping calm thing works. I was driving in the snow on a rural road, there was a guy in front of me driving 15 miles per hour. I was giving him enough space but he did not agree so at a stop sign he jumps out of his car and is approaching my truck, cursing and making all sorts of threats. I rolled down my window and looked at him dead in his eyes and said, sir if you MAKE me get out of this truck, I am going to kill you. It was like a slap to the face, he instantly shut up and turned around and ran to his car and took off like he was in a Nascar race. I am guessing he saw that the steering wheel was flexing under the pressure I was putting it under to stay calm and thought this was no idle threat.....and he was right!
