  1. We need to bring back whipping as a punishment. It worked well to keep people in line for hundreds of years. Instead of jail which is not a deterrent, tie them to a whipping post and give them 25 lashes for shoplifting. Increase the lashes depending on the crime. If they die from blood loss from to many lashes so be it. Petty crime would vanish almost overnight.

  17. Higher oil prices actually helps Americans. We have a huge amount of oil reserves that are trapped in rock shale or need fracking in order to extract. Those processes are expensive and when oil is really cheap per barrel is is cost prohibitive to gain oil through these methods. If the price of oil per barrel is high it makes these methods more cost competitive.

They were working with bat viruses and a Chinese virologist got excited when she successfully attached crowns to the virus. Crowns is what made the virus transmissible to humans. She asked her why she would ever do that and she got answers that didn't make sense.
