Decades ago the then woke mob demanded equal rights for minorities and they got it. When equality didn't get the woke mob what they wanted they moved the goal posts and changed their demands from equality to equity. Certain groups that are underperforming academically have only themselves and their culture to blame for why they are getting left further and further behind every year.
