  1. That isn't what anyone said but excluding white journalists is expressly racist. She says that the journalism core is mostly white and implies that is because of racism. However, could it be simply because minorities do not major in journalism in college? If minorities are not interested in perusing careers in journalism than press cores are going to be mostly white. It is common sense not racism.
