  2. For the death penalty to be fair, the families of the victims should get to choose how the sentence is carried out and then allowed to carry the sentence out.

  3. No it doesn't, the death penalty needs to be MASSIVLY expanded. If you are caught selling drugs, automatic death sentence. If you are convicted of a third felony, automatic death sentence. If you are caught with child porn or commit a sex crime against a child, automatic death sentence. I could personally execute 1,000,000 people who fall into those categories and sleep with a clean conscience.
