If you drink and CHOOSE to get behind the wheel of a car and kill someone it was in fact INTENTIONAL. Add in the fact that he was traveling at 156 miles per hour. If you drive at 156 miles on public roads and kill someone IT WAS INTENTIONAL. He should be charged with first degree murder and face the death penalty.

He was content with selling weed and fathering children with random women. I asked him about it one day because I saw so much potential in him. He said all he really cared about was bitches, money and weed. I don't think it was a coincidence he was raised by a single mother......but it was a CULTURAL thing that doomed him to a life of mediocrity.

  22. TWENTY EIGHT people are killed every day in this country due to DUI related accidents. That is one person EVERY 51 MINUTES! More people die every year from DIU accidents than were killed in BOTH the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. DUI should carry the charge of first degree murder because NOBODY can claim hey didn't know drinking and driving was dangerous. If you get behind the wheel knowing you are impaired that is premeditation in my opinion.

The few black people I do hang out with have a similar cultural background as I do. They are conservative, they go to church, they like Rock and heavy metal music, they don't do drugs or drink excessively. They don't use profanity as part of their daily vocabulary, they are family men and have a moral code similar to my own. I will also say I do not associate with rednecks for the EXACT SAME reasons, cultural differences.   43. If I had daughters today, ANYTIME I was in public with them and they needed to use the womens bathroom I would stand guard at the door.   48. I will also point out how LAZY these women are. The NBA was founded in 1946 yet the first NBA player to earn one million dollars was Moses Malone in the 1978-79 season. The NBA spent DECADES refining the game, changing rules and such to make the game more appealing to the fans. There was a time when the NBA finals were not even carried live. The point is men worked their asses off BUILDING their game. BUILDING a fan base. BUILDING relationships with television networks. BUILDING relationships with advertisers. The women don't want to do that, they want to jump to the head of the line and demand all the same things as the men enjoy without EARNING IT. Everyone has told them their game was boring, instead of taking it as constructive criticism and adjusting THEIR game to suit THEIR players they cry misogyny and demand you watch their terrible product to prove you are not sexist.
