If you drink and CHOOSE to get behind the wheel of a car and kill someone it was in fact INTENTIONAL. Add in the fact that he was traveling at 156 miles per hour. If you drive at 156 miles on public roads and kill someone IT WAS INTENTIONAL. He should be charged with first degree murder and face the death penalty.

  2. I don't get these young athletes. You can hire a childhood friend for about 100k a year to simply drive you everywhere. Stay SOBER at these events, watch your back carry a licensed firearm. None of this nonsense would ever happen.

  5. TWENTY EIGHT people are killed every day in this country due to DUI related accidents. That is one person EVERY 51 MINUTES! More people die every year from DIU accidents than were killed in BOTH the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. DUI should carry the charge of first degree murder because NOBODY can claim hey didn't know drinking and driving was dangerous. If you get behind the wheel knowing you are impaired that is premeditation in my opinion.
