  1. You say black people are overrepresented in policing and of course you are going to make it a race issue but how about you look at some DOJ FACTS. Black men between the ages of 15-29 make up about 4% of the population yet they commit 50% of the murders in this country. Black people are not overrepresented in policing because of the color of their skin, it is because they commit a hugely disproportionate amount of crime, especially VIOLENT crime.
