  4. Hitler is propped up as being this evil mastermind by propaganda and almost none of it is true. A guy like Reinhard Heydrich who actually planned and carried out the final solution was far more evil. Hitler was a big idea guy and hated dealing with details. It is doubtful he even knew what was going on with regards to the final solution.
