@KAriedoll What does what she looks like has ANYTHING to do with this? WTF is wrong with you, so obsessed with identity politics? She raised a criminal for a son, he chose to break the law and resist arrest. He is 100% responsible for his death.

He didn't deserve this but he brought his death upon himself by making poor life decisions. The simple fact that you didn't educate him on how to PROPERLY interact with police YOU are partially responsible for his death.

@everythingshih-tzu3146 No thanks, I am a US Army Infantry combat veteran. I had my fill of guns, death, etc. I don't envy police and the stress they have to deal with on a day to day basis.

@avenue2443 I would accept that he made a decision that ultimately cost him his life. I would expect the police to terminate the officer for gross negligence and to file charges of negligent homicide. Lastly I would expect a financial settlement with the police department in the form of a trust set up for his son. All of these things I believe should happen in this case.

@seagoatlotus3672 Well you can clearly see in the video that deadly force was not intended. The police officer, who should have NEVER been on the job mistook her taser for her service weapon. Second, while he was pulled over for expired tags he had an active warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court. It was the officers job to take him into custody. All he had to do was comply go down to the station, make his phone call and have his mother or girlfriend bail him out. It is a SIMPLE process and there is no reason to escalate the situation. The kid brought this on himself with a series of poor life decisions. Parents, if you are not teaching your children how to conduct themselves during a police stop than you are FAILING your children. It was the FIRST thing my father taught me the day I got my license.
