I would be willing to bet they knew there were issues but in order to come up with the money to make repairs they would had had to issue massive assessments to every resident and people probably voted those measures down.

  14. Has anyone ever notices that 95% of people involved in dog rescue are women. Naïve women who have no training in the handling of potentially dangerous dogs. Naive women who think they can fix any dog by loving them. I GUARANTEE this dog didn't just snap. She probably gave those naive women all the body language cues necessary for someone properly experienced with large aggressive dogs to pick up on but they didn't see it or simply ignored it foolishly believing the poor little puppy needs some love. Now the dog will be killed because these stupid women didn't listen.

For all the women out there, you are NOT as strong as a man and when you are out in public you are nothing more than a target for a man with evil thoughts. Keep your head on a swivel.
